Whether you need us for 24 hour emergency service, preventative maintenance, installation, or troubleshooting, our factory trained technicians are dedicated to your needs.

Our Service Technicians are Registered and Approved by The Pennsylvania Department of Rides and Measurements to approve weighing devices in Pennsylvania. We have over 200 years of collective experience in our service department. Our service department has both mechanical and electronic scale knowledge.

We have a modern fully equipped service fleet, including (3) Certified Heavy Capacity Test Trucks that are Pennsylvania and NY State Approved for calibration.

All Test Weights utilized for calibration of scales and force measurement equipment is traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technologies)

We are ISO/IEC 17025 ACCREDITED . We have developed a complete program for your ISO and QS Quality System requirements to meet the demands of your quality Audits. We have developed a "Computerized System" for record keeping, printing and storing your calibration documents that meet ISO 17025 requirements for Calibration Laboratories.
